Accessibility Statement

Bespoke Mentis Inc. · Last updated: April 29, 2026

Bespoke Mentis is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and products, and in doing so adhere to current accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across all public-facing pages at bespokementis.com.

STATUS:Substantially conformant. As of April 29, 2026, we have completed all 11 groups of our comprehensive WCAG 2.2 AA remediation programme — covering structural HTML landmark integrity, keyboard accessibility, ARIA semantics, live region announcements, drag movement alternatives, focus management, target sizing, and consistent help placement across all shells. Two items remain open for tooling-dependent verification (automated color contrast scan and 320 CSS-pixel reflow test), both targeted for June 2026.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the public-facing website at bespokementis.com and all public subpages including product pages, legal pages, the Mentis AI chat interface, the contact and movement application forms, and the company blog. The MIOS administrative system is an internal operator tool accessible only to authenticated staff.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of bespokementis.com relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML5 and WAI-ARIA
  • CSS3 (including prefers-reduced-motion media query support via Framer Motion)
  • JavaScript (Next.js / React)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.

Known Limitations

All Blocker, High, and Medium severity items from our April 2026 audit have been remediated. The following two items remain open, pending tooling-dependent verification, and are targeted for June 30, 2026.

LOWColor contrast — automated tooling scan pending (1.4.3 / 1.4.11)

Some micro-text and UI chrome borders may fall below 4.5:1 (text) or 3:1 (non-text) contrast ratios against dark backgrounds. A full programmatic scan using axe DevTools against the live rendered site is scheduled for June 2026. Targeted June 30, 2026.

LOW320px CSS pixel reflow — manual test pending (1.3.4)

The Mentis AI chat interface and MIOS admin workbench use complex fixed-height layouts that may clip content at 320 CSS pixel viewport width. Manual device testing is scheduled for June 2026. Targeted June 30, 2026.
