Overview

Bespoke Mentis operates a privacy-first website. We do not use traditional HTTP advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. We primarily use browser localStorage and sessionStorage for functional and analytics purposes.

This policy covers: what is stored in your browser, for what purpose, for how long, and how to remove it. It applies to all visitors to bespokementis.com regardless of location.

Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Functional

Improve your experience (e.g., remembering your chat history). Website functions without these but with reduced capability.

Analytics

Anonymous measurement of how visitors use the site. No personal data. Used to improve performance.

Third-Party Analytics

Vercel Analytics

Purpose: Anonymous page view tracking. No cookies set. No cross-site tracking.

Data collected: Page URL, referrer (anonymized), country-level location (not city or IP-level), browser type (aggregated)

Cookies set: None — server-side processing only

Vercel Speed Insights

Purpose: Core Web Vitals measurement (page load performance). Anonymous.

Data collected: Performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS, TTFB). No personal data.

Cookies set: None

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Mixpanel, Segment, or any behavioral advertising platform.

Consent Management

When you first visit bespokementis.com, a privacy notice banner is displayed. Your options:

The consent preference is saved to localStorage. All functional and analytics storage listed above may be used. The banner does not reappear.

Decline

localStorage is cleared. Only essential site functionality (server-side rate limiting, hCaptcha verification) continues. Vercel Analytics continues to operate anonymously (no cookies, no personal data — this is analogous to web server log analysis, which does not require consent under GDPR Recital 47). The banner may reappear on future visits since consent preference cannot be stored.

We do not use granular consent categories (marketing/targeting) because we have no marketing or advertising trackers. All analytics we use are either essential, privacy-preserving, or cookieless.
